The
National Security Agency’s Information Assurance Courseware Evaluation Program
has re-certified Clover Park Technical College’s Computer Networking and
Information System Security Programs courseware as meeting all of the elements
of the NSA's Committee on National Security Systems National Training Standard
for Information Systems Security Professionals, NSTISSI No. 4011. The IACE
Program provides consistency in training and education for the information
assurance skills that are critical to our nation and will allow students to add
the NSA/CNSS 4011 designation to their resumes.
With this, Clover Park Technical College’s CNISS program has rejoined the ranks of organizations such as the United States Air Force Academy, United States Military Academy, Air Force Institute of Technology and Carnegie Mellon University all of whom have attained the CNSS 4011.
The National Security Agency and the Committee on National Security Systems will honor CPTC’s CNISS program at the 17th Colloquium for Information Systems Education.
