The
Financial Aid Student Portal will allow students to check the following items
online, 24 hours a day:

Upon
receipt of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) from the U.S.
Department of Education, students will be able to view the date in which CPTC
received a valid FAFSA.
·
What
information has been submitted and what additional documents are required to
complete their file. Links are also provided to the form(s) students can
download to complete and submit to the Financial Aid Office.
·
What
types of financial aid have been awarded, the amounts and the quarters awarded
to the student.
·
Links
to the 12-13 Award Notification Information and the Satisfactory Academic
Progress Policy are also provided once an award is made.
A
financial aid portal welcome letter is being mailed to the 5997 students who
have indicated they wanted to attend Clover Park Technical College on their
12-13 FAFSA and that were in our system up to May 9, 2012. We will
continue to mail this letter to students throughout the year.
Financial
Aid award letters will no longer be printed and mailed to students. All
award information will be viewable through the portal. The portal link is
available on the right side of the main CPTC website www.cptc.edu as well as on the financial
aid website www.cptc.edu/money.
