Student Printing Information
The ink is dry, it’s official - pay for print rolls out on June 28
Get your FREE ‘pay for print’ card while supplies last
Welcome to Summer Quarter. Even though the sun hasn’t been shining much lately, here is some bright news. Each enrolled student can pick up a FREE pre-loaded $5.00 pay for print card in the Student Center on June 28 courtesy of your Associated Student Government.
In an effort to reduce paper consumption, waste and promote environmental responsibility and
sustainability, Clover Park has a new print management system.
Effective June 28, Equitrac, the software that will manage student printing, has been installed in the Library.
Equitrac is designed to better serve the printing needs of all students while at the same time, reducing waste.
After the free $5.00 card is used, students will be required to purchase a pay for print card in the library in order to print. A single print/copy will cost .05 cents for B&W and .10 cents for color. Duplex (2-sided) mode will run .08 cents for B&W and .15 cents for color. Charges will be deducted directly from pay for print card accounts.
Pay for print cards are available for purchase in the library. The free $5.00 pre-loaded card is limited to one card per enrolled student. If this card is lost or stolen, students can purchase a new card in the Library.
